Even though I reached goal when I hit 135, I wanted to get to 132 at the lowest so I'd have a range to fluctuate with. 1lb to go :-) The holidays are going to require a lot of will power, but I think I'm going to keep my cals low (of what's logged on the computer) on days that we have parties and gettogethers just so I don't go overboard. I want to ensure I have enough calorie space to eat what's at the special dinners without going over in calories. Which means, lots of protein and fiber BEFORE the parties :-)

held 135 for almost a month! lol It is technically my goal weight but I wanted to get between 132-135 just have a few to fluctuate with to maintain. And of course, the monthly visitor doesn't help because it brings on a few lbs and delays lol. But I finally cracked 135 so that's exciting :-) AND....... 2 weeks ago, I went shopping for jeans. I tried on a size 6 and they were a little too lose in the waist. So I put on a 4 and they fit great! I haven't worn a 4 since my sophomore year in high school!! And I bought a few dresses this past Saturday. I tried on Mediums, since that's usually what I fit (it's like an 8) and I ended up having to get smalls and a size 6 pencil skirt :-)
