I wanted to wait a few more days before weighing in but I guess it doesn't matter how often I weigh in. I just hope to reach my goal weight by July 31. I know that reaching 120 will be EASY. Maintaining 120 isn't a challenge either. But I want to go for it and work to reach 115. Then the challege will be to maintain that weight.

I finally forced myself to go to the gym last night. I didn't do anything that broke me out into a sweat but I was moving, at least. I am so lazy. I truly dislike exercise because I'm so out of shape that it hurts to exercise. So, I'm taking things slowly. If I'm consistent I am sure that I can work my way up into a more impressive workout.
My caloric intake was alright, I guess. I feel like I'm eating a lot. Gosh, I hope to reach my goal or that I'm very close by the end of the summer. I got on the scale at the gym and still cringed at the 125 that I saw.
It's off to work for me now. Yesterday sucked. It was soooooo boring. There are not enough kids for me to have my own class so downtown wants me to co-teach with the chic in the room next to me. Usually that would be AWESOME but that chic is WEIRD and RUDE. Why couldn't I get someone cool to work closely with in the classroom this summer? I love coteaching but this chic will make it a drag, I think.

Hopefully, I'll be more aware of what I eat today then I was yesterday. I never realized how high in fat my diet is. I've decided to avoid sugar and therefore milk in my morning cafe. That's not that big of a sacrifice since I don't mind my coffee black. I was looking at the fat smash diet on this site. I'm considering it. The only thing that holds me back is that I drink alcohol. I'd have to give that up otherwise why waste money on the book.
Summer school starts today. I accepted a summer position teaching a science TAKS course. Last week I found out that there are 2 of us teaching that. I hope that not enough kids signed up to warrant two teachers. I rather not do this gig this summer. I'd like to hit the library and relax reading...wake up early to sit out by the pool before it gets too hot later in the day...decorate my apt...focus on losing weight.

My weight has stayed constant because I haven't done a damn thing to reach my goal weight. So, my first step to get to my goal weight is to record my food intake. I know I probably won't do this daily but I shall do it often. Today
morning: coffee w/crm and sugar
midmorning: Kashi granola bar
afternoon: veggie burger w/ch and mayo; salad(tomato,onion,
cucumber,feta,avocado,jalepeno,oil,red wine
vinegar)
evening: cereal and 2% milk)
Maybe I'll go to the gym after watching Lonesome Dove. LOL. I just noticed that there is a diet calendar feature. Goes to show how much I used this site since signing up in Oct. jeez.
