Does anyone on here do keto AND excercise for weight loss? I am questioning whether or not keto is right for me. I am working out 6 days/week (15+ min MIIT in the morning and 30+ at night before dinner). Last week I cut back my calories from 1800-1500 (BMR is 2700). Average calorie burn WAS 3k/day but my resting heart rate has dropped so I'm guessing that number will too.

My daughter had a friend's birthday party at the water park today, we had a blast! They brought out DQ ice cream cake, and I declined my own but it's basically my favorite thing so I ate some of my daughters. Since I was sure I broke my ketosis anyways I decided to go out for pizza with my parents AND had a beer. I didn't eat most of the crust, but did have some and even though I didn't adhere to my diet today I am still sure I had at least somewhat of a calorie defecit so woo! It was a GREAT day 😁
