Ok so, over christmas, i went a little crazy...this lead to a 5lb gain! Im now pushing through exams at Uni, and when studying for Medical exams, you need a little comfort food...so hence the weight has stayed on along with a whole load of water bloat! No fret, im back on track this week, only two more exams left and then a new semester starts on the 27th, so its time to reinstate the gym membership, get the walking shoes out and get green and clean! TO motivate myself i set a picture of an idol as my phone wallpaper, at the moment im in love with Izabel Goulart, victoria secret model....i know they are elite, but just looking at them makes you want to work on your abs and throw away the cake! Ive also started to follow a lot of fitness accounts on my instagram, especially for clean recipie advice! Mankofit is a good one and also Trissclark! :) excited for 2014!

gave in to cheese, ended up in a binge. this is why i dont usually eat dairy! had a load of whipped up cream too, dipping it in coffee. bad times.

whoops, got bored writing an essay, so opened a box of chocolates (Thorntons diabetic range)and kinda ended up finishing the box, before i even realised, was just picking at them whilst researching! the perils of university! dont have time to go the gym properly tonight either! so annoyed at myself, but ill pick it back up tomorrow and start again! it could have been worse, had it been sugar packed chocolate!
