I was begining to think I was going to stay at that plateau forever.
I know when you get closer to your goal weight it is harder to get any weight off. I dont want to change what I am doing to lose the last bit. I will have to deal with the weeks that I dont move on the scale. If I just stick with what I am doing with time the last bit will come off. I am happy with how easy this seems now. I have not felt like I was really deprived of anything. I still hate to exercise. Well I kind of enjoy walking my dog on the days I do. But the other stuff I dont think I will ever fall in love with it. It has got easier and I am not as sore as I was before. Watching what I put in my mouth that is somthing that I am use too now. I know I will still slip up...after all I am only human. There will be times when the scale will go up. I feel like I have a grip on it now.I just know I was not happy with how I looked before. This will be something I will have to do for a life time. I am not one of the lucky ones who can eat all they want and never exercise and look great...but I am okay with that. When I look back I would think at 186 I have gone to far there is no way I will lose this weight. So I gave up time and time again. yo-yo diet afer yo-yo diet. It can be done but it starts in your mind. You have to have the attitude I can do this. So Lets have a great 2008 and try and reach our goals and if we mess up we keep striving. Good luck to all
