Started this day wonderfully by doing my cardio early this morning. Thank you God for giving me the strength to continue on this healthy path.

I have incorporated walking in my lunch hour. I hope I'm able to walk at least 20 minutes. I stepped on the scale first thing this morning and I'm down. God give me the strength to continue on this path. Let's have a wonderful day.

As always my mornings are great...the smoothie still gives me a lot of energy. Unfortunately at lunch time, I was tempted by a bagel and the bagel won. I know I can have one bagel or cookie, etc but I'm so afraid of not being able to stop at one and binge on carbs. This way of life is very difficult. I need to keep reminding myself that all this is for my health.

I wasn't hungry this morning, so I had my water with lemon but no breakfast. Later this morning, I had two veggies with a large salad. I like the way I feel since I begin eating better. I feel that I'm able to control my cravings. Thank you Lord for giving me strength to say NO.

I haven't been under 260 in over 10 years. I need to continue to journal my food intake and be consistent with my exercise. I couldn't believe it when I saw the scale this morning. Love it!!
