I have a question for the people counting calories only. Do you try to eat as many calories as this app says or do you try to eat as few as calories as possible? I have been trying to eat as little as possible and it isn’t working. The first month I had one cheat day a week and lost about 17 lbs I figured if I ate less and cut out cheat day I would lose even more. But I have hit a wall. Help please!

Went to our local October festival yesterday and went a little crazy over the food. Got my yearly German fix. Went about 400-500 over my calories intake. Back on track today. Have a great day everyone

I finished yesterday at 765 calories..
So far today I am at
B-Bone broth= 40cal
L- iceberg salad= 15cal
zesty Italian lite dressing= 25cal
16 turkey pepperoni= 70cal
For a total 150.
Tonight I am going to our local October festival so I am saving calories for once a year favorites German foods. Bonus I will be walking around so I will get some exercise.
I really don’t get any exercise in or much physical activities in. But I am finishing up week 5 and are down 17lbs. 🥳
