Bad week. Too many dinners out and sweets. Why do I have to work next to a cupcake shop which gives away cupcakes they haven't sold yet on Saturday afternoon?

Okay, changes I need to make permanently:
almond milk for 2% milk save 90 calories per 8 oz glass
soy based margarine for butter and save 50 cal per TBSP
sub Truvia for sugar
Goat cheese in place of cheddar/ Just less cheese all around
No ice cream No cookies No candy Fruit for dessert
Eat out no more than once a week.
Quit focusing on food for fun, it is not recreation

Dieting is hard! My problems is sugar. So...cookies, ice cream, chocolate, cheesecake, etc.
