fun and weight loss in one plate how it's possible...

now you can use 70g to 80g boiled rice every day in lunch only. 🤑🖖👍

guys..... dont use Oil , sugar, and salat for 20days and check the results. but you need to drink 5L water per day.
1st meal:- 3 eggs white omelette with one normal chapati.
2nd meal:- 70g boiled rice with half spoon achar
3rd meal:- one apple or orange or 10pc almond
last meal :- normal chapati with vegetables

personal trainer and nutritionist....hello guys.... i am back after 3 months vacation .i hope you all will be fine and well. i have some tips for new members.
NO1:-guys every one have different body,different shapes with different type of fat and weight. so please don't follow everyone don't follow every deit plan.
NO2:- if you follow any nutritionist you need to check him if any nutritionist gives you alot of medicines tablets etc at the same time unfollow him or her.
NO3:- without multivitamin and Omega3 don't use any medicine during deit .
NO4:- you need to learn how reduce and gain you weight what is good or bad for your body.
