2426girl, When I subjested for you to add more carbs you replied I'm adding 300 more calories, no carbs, I felt the sting from that reply! if that came from one of your buddies you'll be all ears.
If your going to add all those cal's a very good portion of best be carbs because if you load up on more protein then the body needs some of the amino acids will turn into glucose which can reduce the body's ability to burn fat! I don't hang on to the past and I know your trying hard so I don't want to see you spinning your wheels.
