I'm staying on track so far for the weekend, I saw 188 again this morning, so by Friday is should be 185, that's this weeks goal. The hubby and I went to Burger King for lunch yesterday, and it's the first time ever I didn't get the greasy burger and fries, I had a baked chicken salad, and it was very satisfying. So, one week at a time, we'll get through this.

Well the weekends here, I'm still holding at 189, so as long as the numbers stay or go down I'll be one happy dieter. I do need to squeeze some exercise in somewhere this weekend, although it's going to be a hot muggy one in Ohio today.

It's TGIF, I just had a good workout, and feeling pretty good. I ate a new cereal this morning Energy Optimizer, man it was good and had 11 grams of fiber, it seemed to stay with me longer than Cheerios. For lunch I just had a 2 slices of 100% whole wheat bread and a bowl of the free cabbage soup, I did add a few drops of hot sauce, man that really spiced it up good, not bad. I plan on working hard this weekend not to go up a few pounds because I'm starting to feel like a dog chasing his tail, and I'm getting dizzy, hahaha.
