wow I have not been here since 2008. So much has happened I biggest weight since being here was 233. I got really sick DEC 2010 and weighed 212 at that point- decided I was not getting any younger and needed to make this a permanent lifestyle change. No more losing weight then getting comfortable and gaining all back. I have been exercising and eating clean since Dec 2010 and have lost 44lbs and still going. I am on no meds and feel great and have gone from a tight 18 pant to a perfect comfortable 12. I owe a lot of this to Kettleworx. I love kettle bell training and I am addicted.

Restarting here @ fat secret. I always make short terms goals for myself. Works better for me- so I do not set myself up for failure.

Hello to all! I am new here but not new to the trial of weight loss.
I did well last year lost 30 lbs by eating clean and doing Turbo Jam and hip hop abs. Well soon as I got comfortable I started slacking and am 6 lbs shy of my starting weight :(. But I am back-! I am back on track! When I had my weight loss I was able to get off my blood pressure and avoid going on med for my pre diabetic condition. So I am reaching back out to support others and make friends looking to make their way of life healthier.
