It s official!!! I lost my first stone 🎉 honestly I never thought I can do it but I am trying to be active every day, even just by taking dog for a walk. Also I found out that my body is more likely to loose weight if I don’t worry about my calories and rather then stay under 1500 I sometimes go over a bit but that seems to be working for me.

Guys can you please help/give advice. So i had my calories intake planned to 2000 a day but i never really eat that much anyway so i lowered it to 1500. It has been a week and felt really good and didn't feel hungry but last 2 days i keep getting crumps in my stomach and feel really bloated and my tummy hurts. I have been eating different food each day so i don't think is food related. Any idea or did anyone experience the same? Thank you ❤️

yay 🎉 last time I weight myself i literally lost only 0.05 kg but i was having my time of month and i did t realised that can have such an impact on weight and i felt really deflated.

those ryvita crackerbreads are so good and so low in calories. Done 7km rub yesterday so making sure i get some protein to help my muscles to recover
