I've gained 35lbs over the last year. I don't have to ask myself why. I know the answer. I started with no longer being able to afford the trainer I had been working with. In my mind I couldn't do it without him. So because of that I stopped going to the gym as often as I had been. BIG mistake. Then..the worst thing...Grandpa got sick. I spent everyday at my grandparent's house with my mom and aunts (not the best influences foodwise.) Often when people are sick friends and community members bring food over so that the family doesn't have to cook. Well, that's what happpened here, so all we seemed to do was..sit, wait, and eat.

Now, a year later and 35lbs heavier, I need to get back to my routine. I'm going to hit the gym, keep track of my calorie intake, and I also signed up for some challenges here and created some on Facebook (just to cover my bases)

I'm getting married in 4 months and I'd like to be as close to my goal as possible. I'm 210lbs now, and I want to get rid of the 35lbs I gained to weigh in at 175lbs...

that's step 1
step 2: 150lb goal weight or a size 10 jeans...which ever happens, I'll take it!
