Had one day last week....Wednesday...where I felt a little sorry for myself...a little discouraged...so after a month of eating perfectly and only losing 5 lbs on induction in that month, I crashed and ate two brownines, one cookie and an ice cream for supper...didn't go over calories but sure went over carbs...back on track the next day and have not dared to get on scales since... I think I will wait till clothes at least feel looser before I dare to get on again...I get so discouraged when not losing at least a little and even more discouraged when I gain ... measurements have not changed at all and my belly is still wiggly and soft... I do not like it at all... I am fit, I am strong, but my body will not change... Decided a few days ago to try for Ongoing Weightloss instead of Induction, have some almond butter (which I have been missing so very much) on top of my flax / chia muffin in a minutes. See where that takes me. Anyone is welcome to take a peek at my food log and give ideas.
