Hubby has gained about 20 pounds since he quit smoking so I'm trying to help him out. He was very surprised at how much we get to eat on a 1900 calorie meal plan. Hubby works early mornings, so if anyone has quick, filling breakfast ideas, I'd love the help.

I need some encouragement. Haven't been on in a while, life keeps getting in the way. And I have gotten lazy. The good news is I haven't gained anything, I've maintained. But I feel so sluggish from eating crap, I've lost my initial drive and I don't know why. 😔 Life is about the same as ever, definitely not worse. Please help. 🥺

Surprisingly, after a REALLY off week and a half, I've neither gained more lost anything. Not really sure what that means. 🤷♀️ Back on the wagon I go. 😊

I'm halfway to my first goal and it's only been a week. Hubby is trying to help by keeping my feet on the ground, reminding me that the first 10-15 pounds come off pretty quick, it's the rest that gets harder. Still, it's difficult to not be over the moon about this! I haven't been this weight in just over two years.
