Welcome to my weight-loss journey! My names Tamara. I'm here to lose the weight that I've carried my entire life once and for all!
My Plan:
*Drink plenty of water.
*Eat as healthy as I can.
*Exercise at least 4 times a week fo 30-60 minutes, doing low intensity cardio, toning, and eventually using my elliptical.
*Use mini goals (and even mini mini goals if I need to), and reward myself along the way to help me through this slow process.
My weekly goal:
Drink water! No more excuses.
My monthly goal:
Lose 8 more pounds.
My current major mini goal:
To lose 25lbs by August 1st.
My mini goals with rewards:
306lbs to 290lbs = A new purse. (ACHIEVED ON JUN 13 08)
290lbs to 275lbs = Buy more workout videos. (ACHIEVED ON JUN 09 09).
275lbs to 250lbs = Get rid of all my fat clothes!!!
250lbs to 225lbs = Memory card for music for my cell phone.
225lbs to 200lbs = New clothes!
200lbs to 175lbs = Go to the movies with Hubby.
175lbs to 150lbs = Surprise from Hubby.
150lbs to 125lbs = Celebration dinner and new wardrobe!
