I am a 26yr old mother to 3. I quit smoking this new year and gained 40lbs by June. So i started counting my calories, running on my elliptical, drinking at least 2L of water a day , tryed to not eat carbs and quit munching in the evenings. I have lost 20lbs b4 starting this site, but still have at least 40 to go just to be at a healthy weight. I got engaged in May and plan to get married next july. Really hoping to be looking good by then!
