Hi I'm 30yrs old and tired of feeling unhappy with how I look. I'd like to lose 25lb minimum, but my goal is 30-35lb. I gained most of the weight in one year from stress and have been unable to lose it, mainly because I havent had the intense motivation needed to do so. However, I am very determined now, I want to feel good when I look in the mirror. I want to lose some if not all my weight by my next birthday (7/20), which is a reasonable 1 lb a week. here I go!
