Am almost 66. Married 45 yrs. 2 sons... Am in reasonably good health for my age. Gained most of my weight between 2005-2010 when care taking for my mother. Have remained stable since then with exception of a few months where I walked 2 miles a day and ate 6 times a day with 300 cal meals and 100 cal snacks andlost 30 lbs. I was still careing for my mother and gained it back again because couldn't concentrate on myself. Am looking forward to doing this again and keeping it up. And when i reach my goal weight may adjust my caloric intake to a bit higher and continue walking. As for who I am, I like to laugh (keep it clean). Though I have always been a negative thinker, that is changing by the grace of God. I like the me that I have become and am becoming, ... Kind, peaceful, love people and love to open my home to others for Bible study or fellowshiping together. I have always done some kind of needle crafting. And I absolutely love the clothes of the 40s. SUCH CLASS!!! I have collected some classic patterns and am making some of them for this summer as i keep loosing this weight. I am looking forward to learning to cook for 3 in a healthy manner, esp low sodium and low cholesterol.
