Hello! I am Sarah and I am 26 years old. I live with my boyfriend Zac and we have two cats, Tristan and Pippa, and a bearded dragon named Smaug. Zac and I have started a weight loss journey together and we are excited to slim down and stay healthy.
We have chosen the Mediterranean diet.
I do work a sedentary job as a medical receptionist, so I try to get my exercise in before work (I work the afternoon/evening shift). One of my struggles is eating throughout the day instead of before/after work since I don't have a lot of time away from the desk. I have tried shakes in the past, but haven't been doing that as of late.
I also love my wine. In the diet I am using, I can drink a glass of red wine a night, but I do not like red wine much, so I end up drinking my favorite, chardonnay.
