I am a teacher from Aitutaki in the Cook Islands. I am approaching my 50th Birthday next year in April and am sick of being overweight,tired and sad about me lol... so I have made a committment to get rid of the fat! I have started by weighing in at our local hospital, started walking ... cutting out soft drinks, juice , sauces dressings etc.. and am now looking at counting calories to help my on my campaign!! good luck to all others out there I know how hard it is ..I am today 111.7kg.. I will be weighing in one weeks time... watch this space lol
