I'm 23, 5'1", and an artist. My starting weight of around 160lbs is what I've been at for years. My ideal weight would be something around 110 because of my height. I feel 130 is a good goal for right now.

My goal is to work out 180 minutes a week. I'm just eating less by being careful not to eat when I am not hungry. I am also trying to avoid having carbs with every meal. No sugary drinks, but chocolate is OK in moderation *wink*
