I am a retired woman who since being remarried 2 years ago has found the joy of cooking for someone again and I need to really get a handle on this constant weight gain. I came across this site by accident and I think it may be just what I need. I was recently visiting friends and a very unflattering photo was taken...so I need to get back on track. We are moving into a house in a week and I hope that running a house again will keep me more active as I love gardening and have been away from it for 4 years. I worked many years in retail and miss my co-workers but I love to get out and I hope that my new neighbours can suggest some local activities.
