Im your typical 40 something Mom who's trying to feel better. Ive been working out steady for several years with Hiit about 3x a week and started adding some lifting in. We only focus on it one day a week so the rest of the ST I do is during Hiit and theres enough to keep challenging me for now.

Likes: Dogs, The Cubs, the color blue, the smell of wint-o-green lifesavers, and the letter M

Dislikes: Assholes who are assholes to be an asshole, feeling gross, black socks (dont get me started), muddy water (unless theres tadpoles involved), and weakness.
