I am 35. I just got married to the man of my dreams, but we spend a lot of time eating. We enjoy good food and good wine and sharing it together. He is an amateur body builder and I am a "professional dieter", so we know what we should be eating. When we are separated (he is in the army) we both slim down and shape up, but I need to find something that will change my body for the better forever. I have yo yo dieted my way from size 18 to 6 to 16 to 2 and back up to 14 and down to 8 and back up to 12. I have blood sugar issues and need to find out if I can find a way to eat healthy and stay eating healthy for life without feeling like I am completely doing without my favorite things. It would be nice to feel skinny and pretty while he is home instead of when he is 6000 miles away in Iraq.
