i weighed 314 lbs in 2013 and as of now i weigh 234 so i have lost 80 lbs and i want to get to 160 which is what i weighed when i was 20 yrs old i have been counting my calories as best i can and trying to eat less and drink less soda when i do drink soda i drink coke zero only about twice a day occasionally three times but mostly twice a day i am a type 2 diabetic and my current A1C is 5.6% as of april 2017 . i am not real active i do not exercise other than doing normal housework .
