Here we go again! I have put on a lot of weight in the last two years since my second child was born. I cant really call it baby weight since I was so ill with my pregnancy that I weighed less at the end than at the beginning! But as I was so ill for so long I just ate and ate.. then I moved to France, and I ate and ate. (its all the good bread, cheese and wine!) I have made excuse after excuse and avoided weighing myself.
I am following a simple calorie counting diet, which has worked for me before, but of course the most important thing is to just stay motivated and stay the course, especially when there is a lot to loose!
