I am 21 years old and I am currently in a diet that is changing my life. I've always had an hour glass shape and never really worried about my weight. One day I felt huge, so I jumped on the scale and I was 220.8 lbs. I was mortified, so I decided to do something. I've struggled with my weight my whole life and have tried countless diets and products hoping that if I put in the right amount of effort I would be rewarded. After three months of workout until exhaustion I jumped back on the scale and I had lost 2 lbs. That's it!!! I was so irritated that I looked up yet another diet plan because the one I was doing was not working for me. After promptly gaining back the 2 lbs I tried the diet solution program. They promised a 10% BMI reduction from just a months use. After a month I lost 2 lbs. I was so beaten down by this whole experience that I kept searching for something that would help me. I heard about the hcg diet 2 years ago but when I heard it was injections I promptly threw away the idea. It wasn't until April 2010 that I found out there was a homeopathic version of the hormone. I am a pre-med student and after hours of research I thought I might give it a go. That was 8 months ago and I have lost 70 lbs! I can't believe I fit into a medium-small size! I told my whole family about the diet and they are all excited to do it with me. It has been the most mentally challenging thing I have ever put my body through but definitely worth the time. You can either jump on the train or watch it go by, I'm sure glad I made the leap.

1st goal: 185 lbs (below obesity) Met Jun 15, 2010
2nd goal: 50 lbs lost Met Oct 4, 2010
3rd goal: 157 lbs (Normal BMI) Met Jan 23, 2011
4th goal: Fit into a size 10 jeans Met Oct 22, 2010
5th goal: 150 lbs (70 lbs lost) Met Feb. 7. 2011
