My chosen name reflects my aim,
Today, here, right now, I pledge to rescue myself from a dire situation. What was once temporary inconveniences of breathlessness with associated aches & pains; now have become ALL day realities. My sleep was my only refuge, and even that has been invaded by my poor body maintenance. I recognize that for too long I have focused on the needs and wants of everyone around me, and I have paid the price. Here and now I blow the whistle and declare and end to suffering, and the jump-start of a new worthwhile Beginning!
