Married mom of 2 grown children and proud "Maw-Maw" of 2 grandkids (so far). Did Atkins a long time ago (in my teens) and went from my (OMG-said in a super sar castic voice) "high" of 185 down to 142. Would just about sacrifice my left boob to be that "fat" [185] again. I've battled clinical depression for years and have fought a self-loathing of myself for even longer. It's time to finally LOVE "me" as I've managed to hate myself up to almost 300 lbs. My starting weight was actually 290.6. Hoping to get some new buddies and support here.
