I'm a 34 year old mum of 1 and have 3 stepchildren, 2 of which live with me and my partner Tom. Bayden is 2 and my stepchildren are Michael, Jessica and Johnathan. They keep me busy.

My weight problem has been with me for as long as I can remember. I lose weight, put it back on plus some and then lose weight again. The lowest weight I can remember being was 69kg, I felt great and thought I looked good. I would really like to be 65kg and then evaluate how I look and feel about the way I look.

My biggest and hardest goal is to maintain the weight loss when I've reached it.
