Hi all! My name is Courtney and I am excited and nervous to start this 'diet'... even though I would prefer to call it a lifestyle change, because that is what I am looking to do. I was always athletic until I discovered I have a heart problem and have had two operations over the last couple years. I had to quit all phyisical activity and decided to eat away my pain. Now I've decided it's time for a change, I'm tired of feeling like crap!
