- Try to avoid sugar/sweets and too salty foods that make you guilty
- Keep active to break the crave🏃
- Do the exercise/workout that you're enjoy!🚴🎾
- Watch YT videos about diet transformation to stay motivated
- Don't get too strict about counting calories (as long u eat the right portion and healthy you'll still get the result)
- Stay hydrated
- Sometimes cheating for fun food won't hurt but still, control your mind
- Feel your progress and keep your healthy lifestyle!💯💪🌝
