My Highest weight was roughly 200lbs in my early to late teens (I had stopped weighing in at 198 but from clothes getting a bit more tight I know I had gained afterwards)
Through massive dietary changes and becoming more active I was able to lose over the years, early last year (2019) I had some health issues and became way less active going from about 127 to 145 within the year, searching for a way track what I consume daily I did come across here.
I do tend to mostly keep to myself as I am quite anxious around new people, so I do tend to lurk around more often than not
