I have had a weight problem a large potion of my life more so in later years.In 2014 I gained more weight topping the scales at 345 pounds,that was it for me it was time to do something. Last year in January I had the sleeve and things went well I was dropping the weight but did not issue the fact that even though I was losing I was still had a big problem with food. The holidays came around and I thought I could have a little bit of this and that(LOL)so I did over indulged a lot. Realizing just this month on the 25 I better get on the scale to see what kind of damage I did and saw I gained back 25 pounds. Now I'm back on track.....
