I'm a SAHM of 4. (25, 23, 20 and 18) Have one left in highschool. Happily married now for 26 years.Like crafty stuff and quilting. My favorite book series is Outlander by Diana Gabaldon. I was quite athletic as a teen but piled it on when having kids and stress issues through the years. My hubby and I saw the WSJ article http://online.wsj.com/news/articles/SB10001424052702303678404579533760760481486
and decided to give Atkins a try. Nothing else had seemed to work. I've had a great first week and am excited to continue and see more progress. I want to be able to get back out and enjoy life again and wear normal sized clothes again ! LOL
