I am 176 cm, so about 5'10.5'', late twenties, and rest between 67 and 70 kg (~147-154 lbs). I've lost a little more than 100 lbs in the passed 6 years using various strategies. Right now I primarily eat "rabbit food" and "bird seed" but I love cooking and I'm also human, so I try to practice moderation and not be too hard on myself. I started off on Atkins, moved on to weight watchers and now I calorie count focusing on whole foods and regular exercise.

WHEN I COULD GO TO THE GYM
I go at least 3 times a week, run 3km to 5km first to warm up then hit the weights for about an hour.
I am completely self-taught, I was not an athlete growing up and it was very intimidating entering a gym for the first time. Thankfully I had a loving mentor teach me her ways around weights. The rest I figured out on my own.

I am very interested in work out tips, especially guides or videos I can follow along to at home or learn from. If you have any favorite recipes please share them with me! I don't eat a lot of fruits unfortunately because they're expensive here, and I usually eat fish or chicken IF I cook meat. (Usually I don't.) I love cooking and eating and I am NOT a picky eater.

Right now I'm focusing on balance and moderation. Alcohol and sweets are the devils on my shoulder and...let's be honest, I give in sometimes. But I'm trying! I'm grateful for the body I have now, my health and am working on strengthening my mind.
