Trying to lower my LDL cholesterol and get my BMI to the "normal" range down from "obese." I work from home so I'm pretty sedentary. Trying to fit in at least 30 minutes of exercise a day whether that's biking, hiking, weights, or climbing. I haven't been climbing in years but hope to get back into it this summer. My wife and I have 2 kids at home. Trying to stay healthy and stick around for a long time to come. History of stroke and heart attack on both my parents sides of the family so genetics aren't necessarily on my side here.
