I have been at this a long time now, (using Fat Secret as a tracking tool that is) since 2013. I found the app while taking a healthy living/Bible study class and it has worked out great for me, I have been able to get some weight off and to keep it off. I don't do any diets per say, just healthy eating and in moderation. I exercise regularly and also in moderation.
God created us in His image and expects use to take good care of the body He has given us. No vanity in that just good stewardship I think.

I am soon to be 61 years old but I am in good enough shape to do a lot of outdoor activities. I am an avid fisherman and hunter. My most recent passion is scuba diving and spear fishing with my son. I reckon I enjoy most anything outdoors. My plan is to continue an active lifestyle as long as possible and taking care of my body will make that easier to obtain.
