I am a mom of two children and ever since I had my first four years ago I have struggled trying to get rid of my baby belly. It seems that when I eat as much as I want, I stay the same weight but also don't lose the belly. I started exercising two months ago and I gained 3 lbs. I can't seem to figure out how to get it off. WHy would I gain this weight and not lose anything or at least not feel like I am losing anything. My jeans feel tighter. Sometimes I want to give up the exercising and just see if I can do an extreme diet. Not sure where to go from here...
