Hi my name is Dorthe "Dee" Larsen, I'm 41 years old and original from Denmark but moved to Alabama USA back in 2003. I'm a mother of a 4 year old girl, that is the light in my life.
I didnt gain any weight when I was pregnant but I gained it afterwards, and now I want to make sure that I have years with her.
I have decided to go on South Beach Diet, and I do P90X (abs, yoga, stretch) exercises... and some 'Melt it off' exercises... but because of a left bad knee and problems with my lower back I have to go slow... and the extra weight that I have gained is giving me problems. SO they have to get OFF!

I have a friend, that is in the Air Force and overseas that challenged me to lose the weight and get back into shape like I was when I competed in Triathlon. Like any other woman they like to have lost that weight before they come back home. So here we go... off with the pounds/kg.

December 31st = 176.6 lbs (what a new years gift lets hope it keep coming off.... YES!)
