My weight loss journey has been a long one. I finally got fed up with my weight in 2007 and went right into eating right and exercising. I was able to get down from around 215lbs to 171lbs. That same November I hurt my back and was hunched over for two and a half months. Needless to say, I went from working out and eating right to being physically hurt, immobile and back to not eating healthy at all because I was just too overwhelmed to care. I finally straightened out and obviously had put on weight again which made me lose motivation and I found my way back to the 200s.

I, then, met my boyfriend in 2009 and about three years into the relationship I was fed up again and jumped back to eating healthy. We were without a car so we literally walked everywhere (sometimes almost 4-5 miles daily) and I walked on my hour lunch breaks with a good friend. I lost about 45-50lbs in 4-5 months. Theeeeennnn.. found out I was pregnant with my first child. Any guesses as to what happened? Yes! DING DING DING! The weight returned.. I got frustrated and gave up.

Two and half years later.. here comes baby number 2. Now she is over a year and I'm ready to start again.
