I am a mother of four. Losing weight is very hard for me. I exercise over an hour for five days a week (spinning and aqua aerobics) incorporating ten to fifteen minutes of strength training for three days (currently on standby) because I need to add in more aerobics due to my lengthy plateau (months). It's a constant struggle and the main thing I need to work on more is my diet. I AM AN EMOTIONAL EATER, even when I am not hungry, I EAT!! I unconsciously put stuff in my mouth.
I tell myself, I will be eating only vegetables and a source of protein (chicken or fish, etc.) and lots of liquids (unsweetened herbal tea) as I don't like water, at the gym while exercising. But when I get home, it's coffee and more, whatever I see. I don't stop there..
