I am a 57 year old woman, married, 3 kids, that love reading, exercising, gardening and painting. I was doing really well 3 years ago, getting close to my ideal weight, losing the fat , gaining muscle, training very hard ( I was able to wear a bikini at the beach) and then I got an injury while exercising, I torn the lateral meniscus in my right knee and after that I was unable to exercise and went downhill. After a year of no improvement, I had the surgery, had trouble with my other knee and also got hip tendonitis and I had to go to therapy. I am getting better and I am planning to start training again soon and to get in shape again.
