Well to start off, I have been struggling with my weight my whole life. I am now 22 and ready to make a healthy lifestyle change. I have lost weight before but gained it all back and then some. I am at the heaviest I have ever been and I cant I have let it go this long. Now I am ready to shed the pounds and keep them off. I have a hard time with getting motivated, but I found my motivation! my husband and I are wanting to have a baby, but I know at my weight its not healthy and it can cause complications. I want to lose weight and get in shape before having a child. I am ready to change my life for the better :)
