Hi everyone. I'm 67. Will be married 49 years in June. Have had a weight problem 40 of those 49 years.Have lost and gained so many times.My #1 reason not to give up is my health. The second would be to look in the mirror and like what I see. I need encourgement especially after a couple of weeks after being on a weight loss program.My husband is great. He surports me no matter what I try.
