I turned thirty this year and I've been overweight since I was in high school. I had some success last fall from August 2010-October 2010 and lost about 30 pounds. Then my stress levels shot through the roof and I lost the motivation to work out.
I managed to maintain my weight, fluctuating within 7 pounds of the thirty pound weight loss in 2010. I still have about 115 pounds to lose to get to my goal and I think I'm ready to get back on track.
