5'5. Currently 188 lbs. (12/29/11)

I have been waiting for some miracle to get me motivated again to lose weight, but that is just stupid. I want to stop putting it off. I want to like myself now. I know that I need to work for it. The last time I was almost reaching a goal was in 2004 and I got to about 153 lbs. I would love to get back to that and then keep going until I can be what I have always wanted to be more than anything. Not fat.

I need to just plan my meals and decide that fitting into clothes is more important than how good food tastes. I want to change me and at least have that to look forward to. Add me as a buddy! I need buddies!
