I am a mother of 6 and I miss the 'old me'....slimmer, energetic, outgoing, and happier.
I love to cook and bake so not having the foods and snacks that I enjoy is a real challenge; especially since I have to cook and bake for my family.
I work long hours so I've started planning and prepping special meals over the weekend to make it easier to stay on my diet during the week.
